WI Sports Hamilton produced one of its most complete performances of the 2026 HDCL T25 Elite Division season, defeating Punjab Royals by eight wickets at NCC Ground A in Niagara Falls. Hamilton bowled the opposition out for 137 and then raced to 138 for two in just 12.4 overs.

Captain Pali set the standard with an outstanding spell of four wickets for 12 runs from five overs, including a maiden.

Dimitri Ramjattan took three wickets for 30, while Gurpreet Singh collected two for 32. Darrius Batoosingh added the remaining wicket as Hamilton dismissed the opposition from the final ball of the 25th over.

The chase was emphatic. Darrius Batoosingh attacked from the outset and struck 60 from only 28 balls at a strike rate of 214.29. His innings included six fours and four sixes and propelled Hamilton past 100 inside ten overs.

Dimitri Ramjattan provided the ideal partnership, scoring 33 from 32 balls as the openers added 104 for the first wicket. Their combination of clean power and controlled rotation removed any realistic pressure from the chase.

After the opening stand ended, Arvind Iyer remained unbeaten on 16 from 12 balls.

Pali finished the match in style with an unbeaten 12 from five deliveries, including a four and a six.

WI Sports Hamilton completed the chase with 74 balls remaining, combining a collective bowling effort with aggressive, intelligent batting. The performance underlined the team’s ability to dominate both phases of a Division One T25 contest.
