WI Sports Brampton is celebrating Mohdeep Singh’s Best Fielder/Wicketkeeper honour in the 2026 Peel Cricket League. His 13 dismissals recognise the impact of his work behind the stumps throughout the campaign.
Wicketkeeping demands concentration on every delivery. A keeper must respond to changes in pace, bounce and direction while being ready to complete a dismissal when a chance arrives. Mohdeep’s smart wicketkeeping technique was a key part of the contribution recognised by this award.
His 13 dismissals provide a clear measure of that contribution. Behind the headline batting and bowling figures, wicketkeepers play an essential role in converting opportunities into wickets and supporting the attack.
The recognition also celebrates a part of team cricket that deserves its own spotlight. Sharp work behind the stumps rewards a bowler’s effort and can make the difference in a close contest.
Congratulations, Mohdeep Singh, on your Peel Cricket League 2026 Best Fielder/Wicketkeeper honour. WI Sports Brampton is proud to recognise your 13 dismissals and your contribution behind the stumps.
