Every match, achievement and challenge was part of a shared effort to build competitive community cricket across Ontario.
Your support helped sustain that effort. As we look towards 2027, we are asking our existing sponsors to return and inviting new partners to join us. The need is clear: rising league and equipment costs must be met while we protect the quality of our cricket and retain the players who help set our standards.

To our players, thank you for your effort, commitment and willingness to represent WI Sports. To our fans, families and supporters, thank you for the encouragement that continues long after a match finishes.
We give special recognition to Ameer Alibocas, Public Relations Officer, for his continued dedication, promotion and support. We also thank everyone who helped through referrals, business introductions and personal encouragement. Those connections are an important part of how community sport grows.
Why 2027 sponsorship is essential
League entry fees, cricket balls, equipment, replacement gear and the other costs of organising a season place increasing pressure on community teams. Meeting those costs is necessary, but our ambition goes further than simply securing a league place.
We want to deliver quality cricket: well-prepared teams, dependable equipment, clear organisation and a competitive environment that players are proud to represent. Sponsorship helps us work towards those standards without placing the full burden of rising costs on individual players.
Planning must also be financially sustainable. League entries and other season commitments need to be supported by secured player contributions and sponsorship. Early sponsor commitments help us establish what we can responsibly fund before we make those commitments.
Retaining our best-performing players
Keeping our strongest performers together is a central priority for 2027. A successful team is built over time, as players develop partnerships, understand their roles and learn to trust one another under pressure. Retaining that core gives the next season a stronger foundation.
That means creating a playing environment worth returning to: suitable equipment, reliable organisation, competitive opportunities and a clear plan for the year ahead. It also means taking the cost of participation seriously, so that rising expenses do not undermine the experience we are trying to build.
Sponsorship can help us manage those pressures while maintaining our expectations of preparation, fielding, availability and team commitment. Our approach to quality includes both individual performance and the standards that make a squad dependable across a full season.
